California 1st Congressional District (CA-1) voters, passing Prop 50 is our best shot to fire Trump-loving MAGA Rep. LaMalfa! A YES vote on Prop 50 gives us a real chance to send him back to his government-subsidized rice farm!

Map of CA-1 & 2 if Prop 50 passes
Our far-flung district currently includes Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Lassen, Modoc, Shasta, Siskiyou, Sutter, and Tehama counties, and most of Yuba County. Read on for your options to vote.
VOTE-BY-MAIL
You can return your completed Vote-By-Mail (VBM) ballot by mail, no postage required.
Ballots must be postmarked on or before Election Day, Nov 4, AND received by your county Elections office by Nov 12.
CAUTION!! Attorney General Bonta warns that ballots mailed 50 miles from a regional USPS facility may not be postmarked until the day AFTER they're mailed. He urges voters to mail ballots early, or to use a drop box.
Nearly ALL ballots mailed from within CA-1 are over 50 miles from Sacramento, the closest USPS facility. Vote early!
DROP BOXES & OTHER VOTING LOCATIONS
These voting procedures apply statewide:
Before Election Day: You can return your completed ballot in person to ANY polling place in the state, OR your county Elections Office.
On Election Day: You can bring your VBM ballot to ANY polling place in the state from 7 am to 8 pm.
Voting Options before & on Election Day:
You can drop your ballot at ANY drop-off location OR into any ballot drop box in the state.
You can also vote in person at the Elections Office in every county. (Always check open dates and times.)
Election Day: the deadline to deliver your VBM ballot to a ballot drop-off box is 8 pm.
Beyond those statewide procedures, voting options vary county-by-county.
